Our group sessions are built around clear structure and progressive programming. Each class targets a specific training focus, from strength development to engine work and technical skill. Ensuring balanced and sustainable improvement.

Every session is guided by experienced coaches who provide technical feedback, scaling options and individual attention where needed.

All classes are included in Move with Groove and Deep Reset memberships.

  • Our Functional Fitness classes combine weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning in one structured workout, designed to improve strength, endurance, power, mobility and coordination.

    Each class starts with a focused warm-up and technical guidance. The main part of the session is dedicated to strength or skill development, followed by a conditioning workout that ties everything together. When needed, we finish with accessory work to support balanced progress.

  • Our Endurance classes are performance-based workouts that combine cardio and strength exercises, training your ability to sustain effort over longer periods of time. The focus is on pacing, breathing, efficiency and building a strong engine.

    These sessions challenge both your stamina and mental resilience, helping you improve endurance, consistency and overall work capacity.

  • Our Muay Thai classes focus on learning and refining striking techniques in a structured and supportive setting. You’ll work on punches, kicks, knees, elbows, footwork and basic defensive skills, guided step by step by an experienced coach.

    Each class combines technical drills with pad work and conditioning, helping you build coordination, power and endurance while improving control and timing.

    Whether you join to learn a new skill, challenge yourself physically, or simply try something different, the focus is on steady progress and confident movement.

  • Our Strength classes focus on building muscle and increasing overall strength through fundamental movements like squatting, hinging, pushing and pulling.

    Each class centers around one or two main lifts. You’ll work with controlled sets and clear structure, supported by accessory exercises that strengthen supporting muscles and improve stability.

    The goal is simple: get stronger in a focused and progressive way, and build a solid foundation that supports all other training and everyday life.

  • Our Weightlifting classes focus on building technique, strength and control in Olympic-style lifts such as the snatch and the clean & jerk.

    Each class breaks the movements down step by step, helping you understand proper positions, timing and bar control before adding intensity. We use targeted drills and variations to improve movement quality and build confidence under the bar.

    The goal is not just to lift heavier, but to lift better, with precision, control and consistency over time.

  • Groove Buddy Workout is our weekly partner class held every Saturday. Each week brings a longer, team-based workout designed to be completed with a training partner or small group.

    The sessions are fun, challenging and slightly longer in duration, combining strength and conditioning in a format that rewards teamwork, communication and shared effort. You’ll push each other, pace together and finish stronger as a team.

  • Groove Run Club takes place every Sunday at 7:15 and is all about community, movement and starting the day together. We meet in front of the gym and head out for a social 5 km run at an easy, conversational pace (around 6:00–6:15 per kilometer).

    The run is open to everyone — members, friends and visitors — and completely free to join. Afterward, we head back to the gym where everyone is welcomed with a fresh coconut on us.

    A simple way to stay active, connect with others and begin your Sunday with good energy.
